How much is shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently don’t offer international shipping, we are so sorry for the inconvenience.

How long after I place an order will it be shipped?

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 3 business days of your order(s). Not including weekends and holidays. It typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order once it has shipped. You can review our shipping info HERE.

How do I make a return?

In order to make a return/exchange properly, please refer to our Return Policy online to make sure your return meets the criteria.

My Tracking Says Delivered but I never received my package, what do I do?

If something has happened to your package during shipping follow these steps:

  1. If tracking shows as delivered, talk to your delivery person or contact your local Post Office (USPS). Packages have GPS tracking on them and your post office should be able to look up exactly where the package was left (ie: in mailbox, at front door, etc.) If it was delivered to the wrong location they should be able to retrieve it for you.
  2. If USPS tracks the GPS on your package and shows it was delivered to your mailbox and it is not there, you will need to file a police report for a stolen package. Give them the tracking info, order value, and GPS proof of delivery from your post office.
